These include person-centered, solution-focused, trauma-informed care, systems theory, motivational interviewing, psychosocial frameworks, and crisis prevention.

I use different approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting.
