KeAirra Haynes, LCSW

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I’m here to create a space where you can show up as yourself and feel supported through it.


I work closely with teens and young adults navigating identity, relationships, pressure, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting Black men and women, the LGBTQ+ community, and athletes working through performance, burnout, or life beyond sports.


My approach is flexible and real, blending CBT, strength-based work, and psychotherapy to meet you where you are. This is a space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

Niekya Smith, LMSW

Life can feel heavy when you’ve had to navigate so much on your own. You deserve a space where your experiences are understood and your growth is supported.


I work with teens and adults who have faced challenges like feeling misunderstood, navigating difficult environments, or overcoming past experiences such as trauma, incarceration, or substance use. I’m especially passionate about supporting Black individuals on their healing journey.


My approach is supportive, direct, and tailored to you, using a mix of person-centered, trauma-informed, and solution-focused therapy to help you build resilience and take control of your story.

When past experiences start shaping how you think, feel, and show up in your life, it can be hard to move forward on your own.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating trauma, negative thought patterns, and life stressors, especially within minority communities.


Using approaches like CBT, DBT, EMDR, and IFS, I help you process your experiences, shift patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. I use different approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),  Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS Parts Work) and Brainspotting.
