The process for Immigration evaluations related to asylum cases is structured, confidential, and thorough. It typically includes:

We provide comprehensive immigration evaluations for a variety of cases, including asylum cases, extreme hardship waivers (I-601), VAWA (Violence Against Women Act), U-Visa, and T-Visa. Our services include mental health evaluations to support your immigration case.
For abused spouses, children, or parents of U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents, eligible individuals may self-petition without the abuser’s involvement. An Immigration Evaluation often includes detailed mental health evaluations to support their claims.
For individuals facing asylum cases who cannot safely return to their home country due to persecution or fear of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group, an Immigration Evaluation may be necessary, which can include mental health evaluations.
To document the extreme hardship a qualifying family member may face if a person is deported or denied immigration benefits, it is crucial to undergo an Immigration Evaluation that includes mental health evaluations.

Services offered virtually typically include a two-hour session.
Each Immigration Evaluation costs $800 and is returned within 7-10 business days. If there is a rush or an Interpreter is needed an additional fee will apply. Payment plans are available.
The immigration evaluation will be provided to you and your lawyer if needed, along with a release of information. This evaluation, which includes an extensive mental health evaluations, is used as additional evidence for your case but does not guarantee case approval.
